So to continue with my fitness related posts I thought I’d share with you all what music I listen to when I run and workout! I love listening to music, it keeps me pumped up and helps distract me when I’m running. I’ve also create both of my playlists on Spotify so that you can go listen to them!

Both playlists have 15 songs (coincidence) and are just under an hour long. The running playlist I’ve had for about five years now; I’ve added a song or two since it was originally created. My workout playlist I made within this past year and I’m still trying to perfect it (I’ll update it as needed).
