In a pinch and don’t have time to workout? You can easily squeeze in bits of exercise throughout your day no matter where you’re at or what you’re doing. As a young adult, we’re always on the go and always have something to do. That is why these 4 fun ways to excercise throughout the day are so helpful!

Getting Ready For The Day.

Start your morning off with a small leg workout. When you’re getting ready in the morning, instead of walking everywhere do lunges! Then, when you’re standing in front of the mirror brushing your teeth or doing your hair do a few squats to really get your legs pumping.

Running Errands At Target.

When you’re running errands at Target, opt for a basket instead of shopping cart. This will engage more of your upper body strength as you start filling up your basket. When one arm gets tired, switch to the next.

Make sure to carry your basket in different ways. One-handed straight down, in the crook of your arm, or both arms straight either in front or behind you.
