Quick Healthy Snacks for College Students


When you’re rushing between class or running short on time a snack is typically in your near future. But with junk food surrounding you it can be difficult to pick a healthy option. That chocolate chip cookie is calling your name. ?

Fruit is always a go-to option.

I know that at my university a lot of the food locations offer fruit cups. These are nice because you get a variety of fruit and it’s been kept cold for you. I know that I can be a bit picky about that, I love cold fruit!

  • Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, all the different berries! ?
  • Banana
  • Grapes
  • Cuties/Mandrin Organes
  • Quick Healthy SnacksApples

Veggies too 😉

If you’re looking for something that isn’t as sweet as fruit, veggies are also an option! Dip them in hummus for an extra savory flavor. I suppose ranch is okay too 😉

  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Broccoli or Cauliflower

Quick Healthy SnacksOther Options

  • A small serving of Pasta Salad
  • Crackers with Peanut Butter. YUM.
  • Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
  • A handful of Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds, etc.)
  • Raisins and/or Craisins
  • Popcorn!
