Yes, you’ve read that right. I graduated from college! I am now the proud owner of an Electrical Engineering Degree from Iowa State University!! ? I thought I’d share a few photos with you as well as what I wore to graduation!
The past four years I’ve worked my butt off to get this degree. There were sleepless nights and tears shed, but walking across that stage and being handed my diploma was all worth it!
These past four years have been some of the best. Iowa State became my home. I can’t wait to come back some day and walk around campus reminiscing!
I’m so glad that we got to share this weekend with both of our families! We had such a fun time. ?
Also a BIG thank you to Sean’s brother Rob for these fantastic photos!!
As part of the timeless graduation tradition, I chose to wear a white dress (brit.co). My college’s colors are Cardinal and Gold and I had to incorporate these into my outfit. My shoes in particular are amazing, I’m in LOVE with them! They were the perfect pop to wear with my black graduation gown. I also wore a bib necklace that brought in the yellow/gold color.
Our senior design project was a lot of hard work and we’re extremely proud of our accomplishments. We’ll also greatly miss our campanile and our beautiful campus!
